1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
If you have any inquiries about shipping to other locations in the future, please contact us at support@dwellvea.com.
2. Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders within the UAE:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or public holidays.
4. Shipping Fees & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Delivery location within the UAE
- Weight and dimensions of the package
We do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@dwellvea.com.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please note:
- Delayed Delivery: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, check your tracking information or contact us for assistance.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@dwellvea.com.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: If you entered an incorrect address, please notify us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
7. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
- Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued excluding shipping fees.
8. Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.
